Welcome to Floralinker (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate an online marketplace that helps customers browse and compare floral gifts (including bouquets and plant arrangements) offered by independent florist partners (“Florists”).

Orders placed through Floralinker are fulfilled by the selected Florist, who prepares and delivers the product.

2. Use of our website

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our site. We may update these terms from time to time; please check this page regularly.

  • Use our site only for lawful purposes;
  • Do not misuse or interfere with the website;
  • Do not copy or use our content without permission.
3. How Floralinker works

Floralinker helps you discover and order gifts from different Florists in one place. When you place an order, you enter into:

  • a contract with Floralinker for use of the platform and payment processing; and
  • a fulfilment contract with the Florist who makes and delivers the items you ordered.

Florists set their own availability, delivery options, and fulfilment processes (including substitutions as described below).

4. Ordering & payment

4.1 How to place an order

  • Select a bouquet or arrangement and any add-ons (if available).
  • Provide accurate recipient and delivery details (including postcode and access info where relevant).
  • Choose a delivery date (and delivery option if offered by the Florist).
  • Complete payment at checkout.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely via a third-party provider. We do not store payment card information.

4.3 Order confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive it, please contact us.

5. Delivery

Delivery is arranged and fulfilled by the selected Florist. Delivery dates and time windows depend on the Florist’s capacity and chosen service. While we aim to support delivery on your requested date, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please ensure delivery details are accurate (postcode, building name/number, access instructions).
  • If a recipient is unavailable, the Florist may follow their standard delivery procedure (e.g., leave in a safe place where appropriate or attempt redelivery).
  • Delivery fees (if any) and available options are shown at checkout.
6. Substitution policy

Flowers and packaging may vary due to seasonal availability. Where an item is unavailable, the Florist may make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette where possible.

7. Prices and availability

Prices shown on Floralinker may vary by Florist, size, and availability. Prices can change at any time before an order is confirmed. Where applicable, prices include VAT.

8. Cancellations and refunds

You may be able to cancel an order if preparation has not started and the Florist has not dispatched the order. Because flowers are perishable, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (timing may vary by provider).

9. Your account

Please keep your login details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

10. Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, designs, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Floralinker or our partners. You may not reproduce or use any part without prior written permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; late delivery caused by events beyond our control; or any loss arising from use or inability to use the website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, outages, or supply issues).

13. Data protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
