At Floralinker, bouquets and plant arrangements are prepared to order by independent florists. Because flowers are perishable and designs are made fresh, returns work differently than standard online shopping.

▶ 2. Cancellations
You can request a cancellation only if preparation hasn’t started (and before the florist begins making your order).
- Email us immediately with your order number.
- If the order can be stopped in time, we’ll confirm and process your refund.
▶ 3. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number,
- Clear photos (bouquet/arrangement, packaging, and any damage),
- A short description of what went wrong.
After reviewing the details with the florist, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
▶ 4. Flower freshness & substitutions
Flowers are natural and may vary slightly in shade, shape, or bloom stage. To keep arrangements fresh and in the same style, florists may make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value.
If you believe the quality isn’t acceptable, contact us within 24 hours so we can review.
▶ 5. Delivery problems
- Non-delivery: If your order wasn’t delivered on the selected date, contact us within 48 hours.
- Late delivery: Delays can happen due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address details, traffic, weather, or peak periods.
A delay doesn’t automatically qualify for a refund unless the issue is substantial and we confirm it wasn’t deliverable as promised.
▶ 6. Refund process
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 7–10 working days after approval (bank timings vary).
- Delivery fees may be excluded in some situations (for example, if the order was correctly delivered but refused without cause).
▶ 7. Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges for perishable, made-to-order flowers. If a replacement is approved, it will be arranged as a replacement delivery.
