Where is my order?
You’ll receive an email when your chosen florist accepts your order and again when it’s marked as delivered (where confirmation is provided).
If it’s past your selected date and you haven’t heard from us, email info@floralinker.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’ll help where possible. Orders can usually be changed/cancelled only if preparation hasn’t begun. Contact us ASAP with your order #.
What are the delivery options and costs?
Delivery options and fees are set by each florist and shown clearly before checkout. Some offer same-day delivery (order before cut-off); others may need next-day or more notice depending on availability.
The bouquet arrived late/damaged — what now?
Please email us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll work with the florist on a replacement or refund where appropriate.
