How do I order?
  • Select your area (city, postcode, country) — we’ll show bouquets from florists closest to that location on the shop page.
  • Pick a bouquet (or design your own), choose delivery/pickup, and add your preferred date/time.
  • Complete checkout — you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on the florist and destination. Many offer next-day delivery if you order before their cut-off; others provide standard delivery (typically 2+ days). You’ll see the earliest available date at checkout.
Can I choose a delivery date and time?
Yes — select your preferred date (and time window where offered) at checkout. Exact times aren’t guaranteed, but florists do their best to meet your preference.
What if the recipient isn’t at home?
The florist may leave the bouquet in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery/collection (policy varies by florist). Add delivery notes at checkout for helpful instructions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can usually help if preparation hasn’t started. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes. Once florists begin preparing perishable items, cancellation may not be possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards (and other options shown at checkout). Payments are processed securely by our provider; we don’t store card details on our servers.
