How delivery works at Floralinker across the United Kingdom — from checkout to doorstep.

Floralinker connects you with independent florists across the UK so you can send bouquets and plant arrangements to someone special.
This Delivery Policy explains how delivery works, what options may be available, and what to expect once your order is confirmed.

2. Delivery area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Availability depends on the recipient’s postcode and which florists can deliver to that area on your chosen date. When you enter the delivery address, we automatically show the florists and delivery options available for that location.
3. How delivery works
- Select a bouquet or plant arrangement (and any add-ons, if available).
- Enter the UK delivery address and choose your preferred delivery date.
- View florists that can deliver to that address and compare styles and prices.
- Choose your preferred florist (delivery options and fees are shown clearly before checkout).
- Complete payment and receive an order confirmation email.
- Your chosen florist prepares your order and delivers it.
4. Delivery dates & times
Delivery availability varies by florist and location. Some florists offer same-day delivery (subject to cut-off times and range), while others offer next-day or scheduled delivery dates.
If a preferred time window is offered, you can select it at checkout. Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy seasonal periods.
Delays can occur due to high demand, traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues. If there is a significant problem affecting your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
5. Delivery options & charges
Delivery options and fees are set by each florist. Before you place your order, you’ll be able to review:
- available delivery dates,
- delivery method/options (where offered), and
- delivery charges for your selected florist.
All costs are shown clearly before payment.
6. Delivery instructions & recipient availability
You can include delivery instructions at checkout (for example: “leave with a neighbour”, “deliver to reception”, or “ring the bell twice”). Florists will do their best to follow these instructions, but they cannot be guaranteed.
If the recipient is unavailable, the florist may:
- leave the order in a safe place (where appropriate),
- leave it with a neighbour (where appropriate), or
- leave a card/message with next steps (where applicable).
7. Delivery confirmation
You may receive updates when your order is:
- accepted by your chosen florist, and
- marked as delivered (where confirmation is provided).
If you haven’t received an update after your selected delivery date, please contact us with your order number.
8. Quality & freshness
Orders are made to order by independent florists using fresh flowers and materials. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and include photos if possible.
We’ll review your case and work with the florist to resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.
